What is a home inspection?

A detailed top to bottom comprehensive report of the safety, function, and proper maintenance of a home.

Radon Testing

Radon is the 2nd most leading cause of lung cancer behind cigarette smoking. Over 21,000 people die each year from Radon related Lung Cancer in the United States. Any home can potentially have unsafe levels of radon. Radon gas is a naturally occurring element which comes from uranium deposits underground. The uranium breaks down over billions of years and forms radium, which breaks down over another 1600 years forming radon gas. This gas travels up through the soil, into our homes through cracks in foundations, plumbing gaps, and other avenues which are often unseen by the naked eye. We use state of the art equipment to ensure the most accurate test is completed in 48hrs.
